Key Responsibilities Include: • Preparing, drafting, reviewing, and providing consultancy for trademark, patent and other matters related to intellectual property, including enforcement of intellectual property rights. • Conducting trademark and/or patent searches, infringement analysis, and freedom-to-operate searches and analysis. • Responding to inquiries regarding new application procedures/estimated costs, renewal procedures/estimated costs, and related matters • Formulating strategies, and providing opinions and analytical responses to client requests for intellectual property advice, and acting as a client contact. • Preparing and delivering presentations for associations, conferences, conventions, and individuals; writing articles; and participating in various conferences • Performing other necessary tasks related to Intellectual Property matters, and other administrative tasks.

• Law degree, with a focus on Intellectual Property. • Minimum 3 years of work experience in legal or business consultancy in Cambodia, ideally related to Intellectual Property matters, or other competitive scholarship programs. • Real estate industry experience or equivalent • Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills • Excellent problem-solving ability and strong commitment to client service • Willingness to travel as needed. • Proficiency in spoken and written English with good interpersonal skill
