• Manage online marketing campaign and respond to inquiries on social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.; • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities. • Work with Sales team to develop and implement new marketing projects and promotions as needed; • Other tasks assigned by the company’s management. • Develop marketing plan and necessary marketing materials. • Develop marketing campaigns and working with potential corporate partners including TVs, radios, and social event organizers to maximize brand awareness. • Prepare, plan and manage the distribution of the marketing materials such as leaflets, calendars, banners, etc.); • Create and develop new advertising concepts and draft art work to deliver marketing massage to the target customers.

• Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or related fields; • Working experience with media, social media network, or advertising agency; • Experience in sales and marketing of property project is a plus; • Knowledgeable of marketing techniques and concepts; • Be an excellent communicator, negotiator and think creatively; • Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner; • Conduct periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and the proper upkeep of the property • Coordinate and schedule appointments, on-site & off-site meetings • Collect and organize all property information in a format for quick reference • Good oral and written both English and Khmer; • Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility
