** Key Responsibilities: - Managing the local finance team and building a strong culture of financial integrity and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local and international reporting standards (IFRS). - Detailed hands on day to day finance operations and training local staff to improve on overall accuracy of reporting and compliance. - Driving a strong relationship with the local regulators, in particular, Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and General Department of Taxation (GDT). - Ensuring the entity’s compliance with local authorities relating to regulatory and tax affairs (reporting, filing of accounts, submission of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns on time etc.). - Running the finance operations including month-end/year-end closings, preparing budgets & forecasts, ensuring proper controllership functions & owning treasury processes. - Managing the internal and external audits to ensure integrity in financial reporting. - Self-drive internal control processes and financial risk management. - Collaborating with Headquarters and Regional teams to drive the review and standardisation of internal processes, procedures and controls so as to meet the demands of a fast-growing business. - Performing KPI analysis, accurate forecasting and ad-hoc reporting. - Performing any additional data analytics in support of optimising the business performance in terms of sales, payment collection, customer service and other after-sales activities. - Developing business cases for new business development, investigating and analysing future investments and conducting market analyses. - Coordinating and running several projects (including implementation of new accounting software) with one or more junior project manager(s) or as the primary Project Manager on a large-scale engagement.

** Qualifications: - 8-10 years minimum work experience within relevant financial management positions. Career probably started out within a big four audit firm or within the internal audit function of a large corporation and has then moved into controlling/analytics/management within operations. - Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical. - Experience from evaluating and mitigating financial and operational risks and implementing internal control functions. - Demonstrated analytical ability with the competence to communicate analytical results to various level stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to build a strong relationship with local authorities and set up a robust compliance framework. - Eagerness to travel to emerging markets and enthusiasm in building a new venture or local/foreign Cambodian background with a passion to build a reputable business. - Knowledge and experience within accounting and experience from performing month-end/year-end closings. - Exceptional communication skills.
