- Review all payments requested by respective departments before submitting to Management for approval - Responsible for purchasing the items requested by respective departments, planning and controlling stationary in stock - Prepare daily and monthly payment vouchers - Record and keep staff medical treatment documents - Prepare reconciliation report such as Asset, Liabilities, Bank Cheque, Fixed Asset, GL Source, IBT with other branches - Prepare staff leave balance and attendance record to Human Resources and Training Department - Perform other duties as assigned by management
