- Perform Recruitment function (selecting, hiring and exiting) - Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques. - Implement performance review procedures (Probation appraisal & Annual Appraisal). - Develop fair HR policies & ensure employees understand and comply with them. - Work closely with all HODS and conduct staff counseling. - Conduct motivational and skills training session with staff. - Updated staff profile and manage HR documents. - Updated Job requirement, announcement and job description. - Monitor HR Department Budget. - Manage employee’s grievances. - Create and run referral bonus programs. - Measure employee retention and turnover rates - Oversee daily operations of the HR Department

- Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, HR Management or other related field, - At least 2 years practical work experiences in HR related functions. - Good interpersonal skill, charismatic, strong communication skill, selfmotivation & team player. - Fluent English & khmer either writing or speaking - Good communication and negotiation and problem-solving skills, - Flexible, patient and able to work under pressure, - Computer Skills (Ms. Word & Excel, Internet, e-mail….) - Must be honest, dependable & posses a high degree of professionalism & integrity).
