- Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, HR Management or other related field, - At least 3 years practical work experiences in HR related functions. - Good interpersonal skill, charismatic, strong communication skill, selfmotivation & team player. - Fluent English & Chinese either writing or speaking - Good communication and negotiation and problem-solving skills, - Flexible, patient and able to work under pressure, - Computer Skills (Ms. Word & Excel, Internet, e-mail….) - Must be honest, dependable & posses a high degree of professionalism & integrity).
