* Partnership Distribution Support Manager, Partnership Distribution *Location: Phnom Penh Schedule: full-time * Job Summary: •This role works with internal and external stakeholders in order to provide various operation supports to Partnership Distribution channel. * Key Responsibilities: •Prepare reports related to pending and lapse policies •Provide necessary administration and solutions to solve issues related to pending and lapse policies •Analyze, compile and update MIS and master report and data warehouse of bank referrals on a weekly basis •Evaluate and manage system changes which include but not limited to Partnership Distribution systems (ie. Banca portal, iPOS, carecard, customer portal etc.) •Work with various stakeholders including front line sales force to consolidate and bring about suitable solutions related to policy issuance •Coordinate and work with Operations team and bank partner on various policy administrations and issuances •Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by Chief Partnership Distribution Officer in order to fulfill business requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant discipline •3-4 years of working experience in sales operations, proposal writing and reporting •Knowledge and working experience related to operations in life insurance, general insurance or banking industry are added advantage •Profound knowledge in advanced excel and analytical skill •Good English proficiency, interpersonal and communication skills •Possess personal traits: initiative, self-driven, team player, detailed and meticulous * We offer an attractive remuneration package to the successful candidates.
