- Do Daily inventory check report - Gather information regarding to inventory/stock in the warehouse - Keep up to date records of all inventory/stock lost, damaged items and report them daily/weekly/monthly basis to line manager - Count/spot, check and verify inventory list on regular basis to make sure that inventory list and physical count result are accurate - Provided all information to line manager for investigation about discrepancies during physical count and conduct inspection - To follow and execute cycle count schedule provide by line manager in compliance with the corporate accounting objectives - Assist line manager in monitoring the inventory control which includes moving, transferring, issuing with using standard form as per the policy and procedures - Troubleshoots any assigned problems with deliveries or pickup that special attention - Assist and coordinates activities and property movement and management of fixed assets for disposal, surplus, or storage

- Bachelor degree in Management, Finance or Accounting, or related field - Working experience in Inventory/stock is a plus - Additional language skills (English or Chinese is a plus) - Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail) - Excellent interpersonal, good negotiation skill and communication skills. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
