Jobs Description

* Recruitment & Selection - Preparing recruitment announcement including job description and job responsibilities - Contact short-listed candidate for interview - Scheduling and arranging interview - Interviewing candidate - Organizing job induction for new employee * Attendance Management - Keep update of employee information on fingerprint machine - Register finger-print for new staff - Ensure that all employee have finger-print - Remove the user for staff who resigned or leave company - Preparing monthly attendance report for all department - Record all office staff’s annual leave, sick leave and other special leave and prepare monthly report * Staff Training and Development - Understand company rule and regulation in order to be able to transmit it to other staff during training - Preparing training lesson for annual staff training - Keep up-to-date all important customer service procedure for training - Do research for new training material for staff training - Give idea and suggestion to management on staff training - Follow up with staff development progress * Rule and Regulation Enforcement - Assisting management on update company rule and regulation - Monitoring staff disciplinary matter - Remind and give warning to the staff who broke or violate company rule and regulation * Reporting and File Keeping - Preparing monthly staff promotion letter and report - Conducting and preparing exit interview report and leave report monthly - Controlling and keeping all the incoming and outgoing letter - Working with accountant to prepare monthly payroll for all staff * Employment Contract - Review, revive, and update all the term and condition in the employment contract and suggest to H.R Manager - Prepare schedule for signing contract for all staff - Ensure that all employee have sign contract on time

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Management, Law or related field - Working experience in H.R and Admin is a plus - Additional language skills (English or Chinese is a plus) - Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail) - Excellent interpersonal, good negotiation skill and communication skills. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
