KEY ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES • Configure and install various computer devices and services (e.g., PC, laptop, e-mail, basecamp, skype … etc) • Configure and install POS Terminal • Configure and install mPOS Terminal • Configure and install AVAYA Call Client • Perform computer maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations • Monitor performance and ensure PC, laptop, POS, mPOS • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the Pi Pay’s IT assets; PC, laptop, POS, mPOS • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team • Liaise with vendors for any problem resolution • Provide general admin support in the branch. • Purchase stationery and office management

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering • Experienced with computer’s hardware repair • Experienced with IT Helpdesk system • Well in Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 • Well in Linux CentOS, Ubutu • Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills • Very good in speaking, writing English • Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills both in Khmer and English • Willing to do general administration tasks
