- To Maintain existing customers for new customer referral - To contact new customers with a proper contact management and build good relationship with existing customers - Handle and solve customers’ complaint and problem - To coordinate with customers, stock, accounting and finance, marketing and transpiration team to make sure that products are delivered to customers on time and Invoices are paid on time - To work closely with the internal teams concerned to ensure the best services to customer - To process booking and ensure the product delivery is delivered smoothly to customers - To get the customer feedback on services for future improvement - To generated accurate report daily, weekly, monthly within deadline - To ensure the good business relationship with customer esp. under own market sector - To identify prospects and opportunities for sales - To provide real time market update to team for faster response to market changes - To assist A/R team in the case of payment collection needed. - To travel sometimes to provinces and to join frequent networking event

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in Sales/Marketing or customer relationship management for senior Sales Consultant - Fresh graduates or university students are encouraged to apply for junior Sales Consultant posts - Creative, Multi tasks, result-driven, and able to take initiative. - Excellent communication skills, strong personality - Excellent negotiation and people's skills to win new clients - Self-motivated and self-organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to work on their own initiative and generate business leads - Strong team player - Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, internet and e-mail
