- Work collaboration with Brand & Trade Marketing, Sales & Demand Planning , and Management Team to develop business strategies - Propose challenging and creative strategy in conjunction with management - Lead team to design Nutrition strategy plan and budget in order to create product demand with Doctor, Pharmacies, Hospitals, Clinic etc. - Develop Nutrition strategy and target by territory and channel. - Lead team to achieve new user/consumers achievement vs target - Lead team to increase market competitiveness opportunities within Hospital, Clinics and Pharmacies - Provide coaching and team development to drive and motivate team strong - Design and develop priority and important HCP channels and services for Nutrition team - Plan and organize in develop action plan to improve product growth
