- Supervise and guide the Sales staff, Beer Promoter and merchandiser who is under his/her assigned areas to ensure that performance is at optimal level; - Monitor closely the sales performance of the company’s brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved; - Measure and evaluate the performance of the sales force and distributor; - Provide training and coaching to the sales team on site to increase productivity. - Develop and maintain rapport relationship with the customers and teams. - Managing the distribution and to ensure that the distributors achieve their set targets; - Generating daily, weekly and monthly sale reports; - Ensuring that all claims are complies with company policy; and - Support all company activities assignment

- Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or another related field. - 2 or 3 years experiences in Sales Supervisor role - Selling Skill - Leadership Skill - Good communications (oral & written Khmer/English) skills - Computer Skill - Able to a flexible working hour - Strong commitment and result-oriented attitude - Possess valid driving license is a must - Working attitude
