** Conditions: Dependent on experience, skill level and qualifications ** Preschool Teacher Main duties will always include: - Taking care and ensuring that all children are supervised at all times - Establishing routines - Building children’s self-esteem through positive guidance and nurturing - Communicating with parents and discussing their children’s development - Implementing positive discipline - Observing children and making notes of progress and development - Promoting literacy and early education - Providing a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable - Providing age-appropriate experiences and activities for children, including storytelling, games, and songs - Integrating special needs children in a positive and respectful manner - Create lesson plans ** You must be able to demonstrate: - Compassion - Flexibility - Respectfulness 2. Admin/Finance Officer • Finance: o Administer petty cash/banks o Check invoices, file, financial documents o Banking: Obtain monthly bank statements, submit transfers, withdraws and deposits. o Review verify financial transactions a weekly basis o Take responsibility budgeting scheduling payments o Supervise monthly/annual financial reporting reconciliation o Generate weekly, monthly financial reporting. • Administration: o Draft correspondence, follow up respond queries office matters o Perform general clerical duties include: copying, mailing and filing computer data entry, office up keep. Managing, coordinating with managerial staff, working with teams, planning, scheduling or overseeing the facilities operations. o Translation tasks sometimes o Maintain confidentiality all aspects client, staff information o Other administrative tasks within office required
