POSITION DESCRIPTION The Senior Marketing Executive is involved in all aspects of marketing and is responsible for the management of the Marketing Coordinator. This is a key relationship building role and involves regular planning meetings with the senior marketing teams of our preferred retail partners, media, and developing new relationships with potential partners. The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, developing and implementing marketing plans in accordance with the Head of Marketing. RESPONSIBLE - Conduct market research and client surveys in order to improve Lee’s products and services. - Obtain and update competitor’s information on a regular basis, monitoring and reporting on competitor activity. - Develop and propose strategies and tactics for Lee’s development and growth. - Set up promotion and marketing tools to promote Lees food branding. - Monitor the implementation of marketing strategies and procedures by field staff and report the findings. - Forecast the growth trend of the market and its risks, planning and managing company events. - Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers 8. Prepare reports, monthly report, quarterly report and annual report. 9. Ensure that Lee’s website and social media is updated, writing and distributing press releases to trade and consumer media. 10. Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies. 11. Manage the Marketing Coordinator and support the purchasing manager. 12. Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.

- At least 3-year working experiences in market, preferable in food service industry. - Creative ideas of marketing techniques and concepts. - Be able to analysis in the marketing trend and market research. - Good at communication, negotiation and problem solving skills. - Good sense of teamwork and supervisory skills. - Work under pressure and timeline. - Good command in English & Khmer both written and spoken. - Highly acquainted with computer programs, MS office, PowerPoint, Email & Internet. - Good attitude, be honest, serious, gentle, friendly, creative, flexible and willing to work.  Salary (Negotiated), Allowance, Incentive, Medical Benefit, Annual Bonus.  Monday to Saturday (Saturday morning and evening 1:00pm – 3:00pm only)  Working hour: From 8:00 am-17.00 pm (Break 1 hour)  18 days annual leave and public holiday according to the government law.  Contact Information Contact Person: Mr. Yem Him (HR Dept.)
