- Department: Cargo - Location: Phnom Penh International Airport ** General Responsibilities: - To be accountable to manage daily activities and manpower to ensure smooth operations of Cargo Department; - To improve and/or control the operational procedures, strengthen productivity & efficiency, process mapping, and maintain customer relations; - To support Cargo Manager for all strategic or operational Cargo projects and management; - To ensure that all safety measures in compliance with SCA/CAMS and Airlines’ rules & regulations are well respected; - To be familiar with ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management Service (QMS); - To be familiar with Cambodian Labor Law.
