Duty - Responsible for marketing department, strategic market planning, events Management for team to generating resources and revenues for the company - Develop marketing plan for new and/ or current businesses by proposing strategies, tactics, and action plan as well as targeting. - Manage and lead sale team to achieve target that set by company - Educates and build strong team sale spirit by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new clients and growth, profitability, also increase sales efficiency. - Conduct training to internal and external such as build staff capacity, trading skill. - Follow up and monitor the work procedure and performance of the sales team - Conduct weekly and monthly meeting and reporting to management team. - Maintains business development department staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employee. - Identify and build strong relationship with potential clients or network - Other tasks assigned by Management team.

Requirement: - Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or related file. - A minimum 1 years of experience in managing business, sale or marketing on Forex Company. - 1 years of experience on public speaking - Must be understand well about Forex trading - Excellent communication, interpersonal and people skill. - Good negotiation, convincing and problem-solving skills. - Ability to develop team capacity and manage their performance - Familiar with computer skills (Microsoft office, internet and email) - Very good command of English both writing and speaking, chines is a plus - Be flexible, honest, responsible, work hard, confident and strong commitment. - Be able to travel to overseas for mission.
