The Aura Condominium Manager will be responsible to lead, manage, adapt, the processes, the systems, and the human resources organization required in to deliver a property management of high quality. He/She will have - To manage and maintain the common areas and equipment of Aura Condominium in ensuring the application of the maintenance schedule, in modifying it if needed to achieve the standards required. - To ensure the organizational day to day activities to run the building properly – Administrative, Accounting & Finances sectors, and Reception, House Keeping, Safety and Security sectors & Human Resources Management – - To work closely with external suppliers, including review or establishment of contract and control of delivery. - To interact and to maintain a positive, productive relationship with the co-owners, tenants, Management Boards, government related organizations, as well as to provide relevant feedbacks, clarifications, reports and proposals related to his/her range of responsibilities. - To promote the lease of Aura Condominium, attract, manage the lease contracts in a timely and reliable manner.

- Reporting to the Director, with a rewarding and good conditions philosophy for successful employees, the candidate will have to fulfill the following requirements: - Proven work experience as Property Manager or Hotel Manager. - In depth knowledge of rules, processes, and regulations surrounding property management - Very Good Interpersonal skills, involvement, customer focus, details and quality oriented. - Khmer AND English speaking & writing.
