Job responsibilities HR projects: Design competencies frameworks and jib descriptions Implementation of HR procedures Redaction of internal policies Support in HR and administration Executive search: Candidates sourcing, preselection and presentation to customers Social Compliance: Audits and redaction of reports accordingly Information Systems: Presentation to customers Implementation, training and support Training: Design, preparation and administration of trainings Facilitation of training courses Consulting Supervisor Administration: General administration (following up HR administration, invoices/payments and purchases) Customers relations Management of interns and junior consultants

Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of significant experience Good communication abilities in writing and speaking English / Khmer General knowledge in Labor law and Human Resources Excellent skills in PowerPoint and regular use of Outlook Eager to learn and to develop proficiency in HR Positive thinking and problem-solving abilities Customer and result oriented Structured professional eager to learn more Adaptable to a startup environment Autonomy and ability to work without direct supervision for daily task
