• Route riding with sales staffs in the market (Coaching) • L3 Evaluation Sales performance during OJT • Review/Feedback on good/poor Sales performance • Coach; actively encourage all relevant team members to use information available to manage respective area of responsibility. • Submit Sales performance report to manager • Prepare training materials • Conduct training to Sales Staffs • L1 & L2 Evaluation • Translate training modules from English to Khmer • Compliance to training administration documentation • All individuals trained & developed against development plan/identified gaps per competency • All competency gaps identified for team members annually • Quality award achieved as per BP commitment • Adherence to process requirement set by TCCCS • Compliance to internal & external audit

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required - 1-2 years’ experience in related skills - English proficiency - Good intrapersonal, team building and commitment - Good presentation skill - Problem solving & negotiation skill
