- Analysis of specification - Measurement of reference garments - Creating first pattern on card or CAD - Record feedback from sample machinist - Adjust pattern by manipulation - Creation of size chart and Digitizing - Create pattern from specifications or sample garment in men’s tailored garments (Bra, underwear, panty etc.) - Develop the created pattern to a production pattern - Make rating (Base size and size ratio) - Establish and maintain a standard of performance for the operation - Others task as assigned by Superior.
