• Oversee operations in an motorcycle service unit to ensure compliance with quality • Standards • Oversee the inspection of motorcycle to identify faulty components and facilitate process for repairs • Supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs • Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team • Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required vehicle parts • Ensure automotive service staff comply with environmental laws and regulations • Oversee the procurement of vehicle parts, automotive equipment and various other items required in an auto service department • Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide under performing ones • Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges • Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to their skills • Follow up customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service • Do other task as assign by top management level. • Responsible for part warranty and claim. • Understanding how to make failure report. • Set up the warranty policy or service policy. • Ensure customers are satisfied with service policy. • Management of motorcycle mechanic. • Manage all materials for service department. • Manage all motorcycles installation in the service department • Manage all service department tasks. • Do as leader and staff management. • Must be willing to travel and meet customers.

• Well versed in MS office suite. • Must speak good English and fluent Khmer. • Minimum 2 years experiences in an international organization in motorcycle mechanic. • Automotive industry experience is a must. • Passionate about motorcycles and knowledge about motorcycle assembly. • Need person who has willing to be success • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related to mechanic, or an equivalent certificate. • He must have at least two years of experience in the automotive industry and experience in a managerial position. • Must possess mathematical, computer and reasoning skills. • He must have good communication skills as well. • Most importantly, he must be familiar with the parts and procedures on how automobiles run. • He should be able to analyze and come up with solutions when repairing and maintaining vehicles. • He should have excellent managerial and supervisory skills to handle the entire auto service staff.
