- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources - Arrange and coordinate technical services assignments to comply with procedures and processes - Identify improvement initiatives to improve service quality, reduce turnaround times and optimize costs - Coordinate work assignments and follow-up on resolution of critical technical and procedural problems - Order/record service parts and tidiness of service vehicles and take corrective actions - Record periodical usage, consumption and availability of service spares inventory to support the service business - Gather information/data/intervention report to submit accurate records of preventative maintenance, installations, repairs, time, services, expenses, etc. - Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and customers - Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues in collaboration with the relevant departments

- Certificate/diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanic, Bio-Engineering) or related field - Up to two years’ experience in a similar role - Demonstrate working knowledge in scientific and medical instruments - Demonstrate working knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting of technology and scientific equipment - Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) - Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
