• Roster/Shift planning • Staff performance monitoring to stand for the best quality of services • Providing immediate support for subordinates in dealer/customer handling • Complaint and query handling from dealer/customer • Establish and maintain good relationship with customers/dealers and others government sector • Manage and optimize all sales, Sims, scratch card / Mpay , Devices and sim card distribution (Dealer, indirect sales force) to achieve sales target and improve market share. •Train subordinates, dealers and retail outlets to understand all products and services • Set up sales plan, activity and review quality of working performance within City and remote area to achieve monthly sales target. • Keep close eyes on local competitors- what they do and how they perform. And plan to gain market share

• Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing , Business Administration or related fields • Good persuasive selling and relationship development skills 1 Years’ Experience and sales and marketing ( Telecom industry is prefer ) • Good Command English • Good interpersonal and communication skills, • Must be able to work independently and under pressure. • Be Able to use Ms office, internet and E-mail. .
