- Process all Sales Invoice transactions by Sales Order and GDN - Timely issue Sales Invoice to customer in accuracy as daily basis - Daily review and reconciliation Sales Order (SO), Goods Delivery Note (GDN) and Sales Invoice (SI) to make ensure accuracy and completely ship to customers - Issued Sales Invoice adjustment by request for approval from Accounting Manager - Liaise with Sales Department for Sales Order and Warehouse Department for GDNs - Report process flow issues to Accounting Supervisor - Reconciliation the number and amount of invoice issued with AR Accountant - Filing and maintain incoming voucher documents in proper files - Prepare daily and monthly invoices summary reports - Other job will be assigned from superior.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance - Ability to work in under pressure - Knowledge in accounting system, ERP Sage ACCPAC is advantage - Faster learner and willing to go extra mile - Be good at both speaking and writing English.
