+ HR Duties; - Responsible for setting up and implement company’s policy and procedure, rule and regulations. - Oversee the implementation of Human Resource Programs through Human Resource Staffs. Identify opportunities for improvement and resole problem. - Develop and monitor annual budget that include Human Resource service, employee recognition, sports teams and community events support, and benefits administration. - Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and Provides leadership for Human Resources strategic planning. - Manages the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment. - Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce. - Interviews management and executive position candidates; serves as part of the interview team for position finalists. - Responsible for recruitment & selection, compensation, benefit & payroll. - Develop Staff retention, reward, recognition, staff welfare and performance appraisal procedure and KPI setting to ensure the employees’ performance are aligned with the company policy. - Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights. - Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement. - Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises. - Supervise and ensure adherence to agreed corporate guideline on salary increments, allowances, adjustments including payroll, incentive, bonus, salary increment, and check salary tax before declaring to the tax department. - Direct, indirect liaison on labor Law relation, NSSF, and Salary Taxation. - Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. Minimizes risk. + Administration Duties; - Set company/Office internal rule, policy, and guideline compliance base on practice and condition. - Supervise and keep tracks on timesheet, leave application and promotion and general office affairs and public liaison. - Supervise and monitor on staffs’ social benefits (NSSF contribution, work related accident and general health insurance). - Plan, direct, and co-ordinate supportive services of the organization, such as record-keeping, mail distribution, and other office support services. - Supervise/coordinate the purchases of office printed materials, stationery and equipment required by the general office and other departments by obtaining their requirements; submitting for prior management’s approval of expensive items,

Jobs Requirement

– Bachelor Degree of Management, BBA, HRM or any related field. – Male only. – At least 2 years experience in HR & Admin field. – Good command of both spoken and written in English. – Hard-working, responsibility, honestly, and fast learning. - Good understanding community strong relationships connections established. - Strong influence, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, follow-up creative solution generation skills. - Must organized, oriented, able work independently handle multiple priorities simultaneously. – Able to travel to working site sometimes. – Good computer skill in Microsoft office (Ms. Word, Excel) and Internet & Email. – Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
