Install, support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, aggregators, switches, Wi-Fi controllers and firewalls. - Perform telephone system support, and infrastructure setup - Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions, Data backup - Provide network and host based security, incident response, firewall and VPN management and administration - Computer software and hardware support - Provide network documentation, monitor network usage, anticipate problems and suggest solutions - Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices - Perform other tasks as requested by Head of IT Service

- Bachelor degree in Information Technology - 1/2 years of expertise in implementing, administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: firewall, routers, switches, wireless access points and controller, and monitoring application - Experience computer software and hardware supporting - Knowledgeable in application transport and network infrastructure protocols (SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, and Microsoft AD) and possess an understanding of how to support applications / protocols when accessed through VPN and firewall. - Configuring Wi-Fi control router (Cisco/ Mikrotik) - Hyper-V administration experience - Strong oral, written, communications and presentation skills.
