-Handle daily financial and accounting operations -Maintain 100% updates on accounting system -Generate monthly car parking advices, quarterly management fee advices on time -Handle arrear management -Maintain monthly full set of financial statement up to balance sheet -Preparation of monthly cash flow statement -Account payable and reconcile statement and payment -Monthly NSSF, withholding tax submission, tax submission -Control bank book and other general payment -Handle petty cash expenses and reimbursement -Prepare monthly salary payout -Provide audit support in preparation of AGM
