-Carry out task assigned with regards to physical maintenance of the property such as, painting work, minor repair and plumbing defects etc -Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise -Prepare preventive maintenance and corrective repair works -Attend to residents’ feedback and provide advise -Ensure proper recording of works -Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
