-Building management and maintenance of Building -Planning , execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities -Administration and management of contracts -To do daily walk around inspection -To attend residents’ complaint/feedback and resolve them within reasonable time frame -To do monthly report, attendance sheet -To handle and manage renovation works application by unit owners and monitoring of work progress -Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
