7FTD Co., Ltd. is the first company in the Kingdom of Cambodia which is expert at manufacturing electrical poles and foundation piles following the European way and the Vietnamese standards. We are now looking for candidates to fill the position of Chief of Accountant to improve our financial management. The position will be based in Vihear Sour commune, Ksach Kandal district, Kandal province. (Successful candidate will be provided lunch and transport between Phnom Penh and Vihear Shour) Summary Job Description • As a head of Finance department you will report directly to Managing Director and Vice-Director. • Provides consistent and timely accounting statement and reports. • Verifies all relevant documents before recording into the system. • Checks the integrity of all accounting transactions, cut-off, existence, occurrence, rights and obligations, accuracy, classification, valuation, and allocation. • Reviews the reconciliation of accounts regularly and perform financial analysis. • Liaises with relevant authorities such as taxation department and external auditors. • Prepares/checks monthly and yearly tax declaration to Tax department. • Assists Director in the preparation and analysis of monthly cash-flow. • Presides subordinates with necessary coaching and training on relevant accounting tasks and requirements • Guides and monitors the performance of subordinates to ensure the achievement of their assigned tasks. • Performs other tasks as assigned

• Cambodian national. • Bachelor/Master Degree of Accounting and Finance or Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CPA). • At least 5 years progressive experience in a manufacturing environment financial role including 3 years in a leadership role. • In-depth knowledge of accountancy with manufacturing company. • Sound knowledge of Accounting Software, especially QuickBooks systems. • Good command of spoken and written English • Being strong in costing, controlling inventory, and analytical skills. • Good management skills and motivating skills are essential. • Strong initiative and sense of responsibility • Willing to travel to and work in Kandal province • Being honest, patient, hard-working, flexible and self-motivated.
