About Our Program: Our program is a 3-month full time learning journey where we will grow together, where you will be invited to take part and where we believe you will enjoy working. During your time in our program, you will: - participate in our day-to-day operations since your first day, - engage with our experienced business leaders in banking sector, - increase your business knowledge - challenge yourself constantly to do things better and more simply - get hand-on work experience in a collaborative environment In return for your hard-working, contribution and commitment, you will be rewarded with monthly allowance and other benefits.
