Jobs Description

- Manage office equipment and Check the material in the warehouse once every month - Liaison with suppliers on administrative purchases (i.e. stationery, toners, refreshments, etc.) - Manage and maintain Head office physical property and ensure they are clean - Oversee the administrative details of security staff and cleaner  - Expected to travel in the course of the job when and where required and necessary. - Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Jobs Requirement
