- Experience in retail governance and compliance - Opportunity to train ANZ employee with retail governance and compliance - Provide valued insights to the business As the Manager for Retail Governance and Training, you’ll ensure that all retail processes, policy, work instruction, and procedures are properly established, maintained, and implemented by retail staff. You must ensure that all approvals are documented properly and aligned with local compliance and regulatory requirements. If necessary, you’ll do a risk assessment analysis of the process gap and establish a good governance of control. You’ll gather feedback and find or suggest ways to improve to the business based on Audit remediation, assurance result, the service portal, and other feedbacks. You’ll ensure that best practices and manage compliance management for on-boarding, on-going, and off-boarding. You’ll work closely with Retail Product and Assurance management to deliver training, remediate any gap, and uplift retail employee’s competence.
