- Preparing, organizing and managing key responsibilities of sale/marketing department - Makes sale plan to strengthen internal sources by updating and development - Manage all of the day to day operations to make sure it runs smoothly - Develop business plan, strategies and execute them to meet the company’s objectives. - Updates sale & marketing policy regarding to the internal source & requirement. - Manage business operation and lead team to deliver outstanding results in all areas including revenue growth, productivity, and profit. - Execute marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the business plan. - Promotes product/service, look potential customers to achieve revenue, sales targets. - Creates marketing strategy to compete in the marketing environment. - Good knowledge in customer service and communication skill - Present financial reports that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances. - Maintains & builds better relationship and existing customers via site visit, phone calls, and emails. - Be leading person in working process and hard working - Handling customer complain, -Execute promotional activities as assigned - Continually learn new product knowledge and improve selling skills by training ** Full-Time Job (Monday- Saturday)

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor/Master Degree in management or other related fields - Minimum 4 years’ experience in a manager role, or equivalent position in the real estate industry - Recruitment of New Sales People - Setting and Monitoring KPI's for Sales Team - Manage, Mentor & Support the Sales Team - Devise & Facilitate Training Sessions - Developing relationships with clients/agents - Pro-actively managing and qualifying enquiries - Increasing market knowledge and developing a keen awareness of competitor activity - Arrange the weekly Sales report - A high level of written and verbal communication skills - A team player with high levels of integrity and honesty - A positive, can do attitude - A proven track record in the industry selling condominiums off the plan and experience in managing relationships with local and overseas real estate companies. Additionally, you will also ideally have: - Experience in developing and driving a sales team
