Jobs Description

- Organize all Sale Promoter under their supervision - Able to meet hiring quotas & ensure the placement on time - Manage Sale Promoter schedule (overtime, leave, etc) - Make good PR(Personal/Private relationship) to SP and store owners - Review daily, weekly, monthly sales of SP and outlets to enhance effective coverage. Thus improve service and distribution - Verify & update the respective SP outlets database on daily basis - Ensure that all retail outlets within the assigned territory are well stocked and well visibility according to planogram with company product - Assist SP in solving problem with store owner and trade issues - Participate together with SP in pushing/convincing outlets to order stocked - Manage distribution and to ensure that all SP achieve their set target - Guide, follow up, grooming, uniform, coaching, monitoring, evaluate, selling skill and motivate SP - Continuously review the sales performance of the SP and outlets - Involve PO with supporting from AIM/DE/DT on a monthly basis - Assist in implementing promotional activities as assigned - Ensure all merchandising & POSM adhere to guideline as per the Trade Marketing Toolkit - Review the allocation & types of POSM of SP to outlets to ensure marketing guideline are adhere to - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales report to Project Leader - Additional task/duty as may be assigned by superior from time to time - Ensure NPD distribution in SP outlets

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in related field - Working experience in a similar Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company - Good in oral communication skills (Khmer and English) - Good at leadership and management skills - Good at problem-solving and decision-making skills - Holding a driving license - Be able to travel to provinces - Ambitious and self-motivated - Result oriented - Ability to work well under pressure
