-Work with Architecture&Sales; to determine job-specific options -Bid out finish trades including but not limited to the window, garage doors, doors, trim, hardware, cabinets, countertops, appliances and flooring -Verify and level bids -Community set up of new design centers on ''for sale'' sites and maintenance of design for existing sites -Issue purchase orders/contracts for job start releases on sold homes -Issue purchase orders/contracts for awarded trades -Coordination and selection of a ''spec'' for sites and maintenance of design for existing sites -Negotiate to price for materials -New supplier sourcing -Coordinate national account and rebate programs

-Graduated BA Degree related Accounting, Finance, and Banking or equivalent degree -Need one-year experience related file -Friendly and good communication with other people -Honest and can work under pressure.
