- Responsible for production preparation, setup, working standard making and production process improvement. - Checking, reporting, and improving productivity. - Job Duty: • Follow direction from supervisor • Conduct assigned work • Follow company code of practice and company regulation • Do the additional assignments • Work in the way which minimize the impacts to environment • Prepare process chart, process control sheet, material application sheet • Production process improvement • Productivity improvement

- Age: 20 ~ 30 years - Sex: Male would be preferable - Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering in field mechanics, electronic, electricity or automotive, or relevant field. - Primary mathematics ability - Can use English for communication - Basic PC skill (Excel, word, Power Point) - Open mind & team work mind - Friendliness toward all associates.
