TARGETS: 1. Installation and maintenance of a functioning Quality Management System in all divisions of the company. 2. To be a central contact and coordinator on all questions for quality assurance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Support the general management for development and implementation of the quality policy. 2. Development and establishing requirement for quality management system. 3. Update and maintenance of the quality handbook. 4. Conduct working groups and quality circles concerned to quality management. 5. Organization and execution of internal and external audits. 6. Preparation and monitoring of measures to ISO certification. 7. To establish quality requirements for suppliers and survey its execution. 8. Develop and maintain a functioning and effective reporting system concern to quality management system. 9. Develop quality target, follow up and report quality cost, claim trends, quality problems with suppliers – customers – products. 10. Conduct monthly quality meeting. 11. Provide general management with the annual management review. 12. Lead, support and develop subordinate sufficient. 13. Have authority to stop production line in case of any quality issue or safety issue is detected. 14. Other duties assigned by management. JOB QUALIFICATION : 1. Education / Knowledge: The incumbent must have a degree in manufacturing management or related field and demonstrated good organizational and management skills. Knowledge of: - Products and manufacturing processes related/similar to ECO PARTS Products - ISO standards (i.e. ISO 9001, TS16949, ISO14001) 2. Experiences: - In quality management, quality auditor or related fields. 3. Skills and Requirements: - Good technical and management skills including problem solving and decision. - Good oral, written and presentational skills with particular aptitude for report, documentation. - Good interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective communication to all levels to both internal and external personnel. - Familiar with standard office software including word processors, e-mail, presentation and database. - Desire for continue learning. - Flexible and willing to accept new challenges.
