• Receive the order information from store team and clarify on the venue and time schedule of delivery • Ensure the delivery to clients in a safe and timely manner • Review the orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and the customer is satisfied • Commit to provide excellent customer service, answering customer’s query and handling the related issue/compliant to the customer • Prepare any related delivery documents and submit to store team • Respect to the traffic law and other related law • Other tasks assigned by direct manager

• Graduated or currently pursuing bachelor degree in any related fields. • Good interpersonal and communication skills • English is acceptable • Hard-working and commit to an outdoor job • Honest and willing to learn attitude • Valid motor’s license • Commit to Brown Core Value, Mission and Vision
