- Fully in-charge of all accounting, reporting and finance matter - Monthly reporting to Singapore HQ on all accounting and finance matter - Conduct timely risk-based internal audits as directed by the IA complying with annual audit plan and other audit duties as assigned - Perform all assigned audit assignment at financial, operational and administrative processes and systems for the company - Identify opportunities to enhance company’s policies and procedures with respect to good internal control practices - Evaluate internal controls system for the company to operate effectively and are appropriate to the business and its needs - Support external auditors during external audit on the company’s internal control system and risk-based assessment - Examine validity and reliability of financial, accounting and other data and report any deviations - Other accounting support as and when needed

- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent - Experience in auditing micro finance companies in Cambodia preferred - Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles - Ability to work under tight timeline with accuracy - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Good commercial acumen - Ability to work under pressure, independently with minimal supervision required' - Resourceful and reliable - Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
