− Lead and drive the CIFRS conversion project for successful implementation along with planning trainings and workshops for relevant departments and branches; − Develop/update accounting policies, procedures and guidelines to comply with CIFRS along with preparing simulation test and keeping the Management/BoD informed of the potential impacts; − Timely verify financial statement items, analyze variances and explore any potential problems; and ensure that finance team are responding to all queries in timely manner and all queries are dealt with correctly, professionally, and efficiently; − Develop/update accounting policies, procedures, guidelines and controls to ensure transactions are recorded timely and correctly complying with CIFRS and regulatory requirements (if any); and ensure clear and up to date communication with other departments regarding changes of accounting policies, procedures, guidelines and controls; − Participate in management committee activities and meetings on absence of or when delegated by head of department to provide input for improving business and operational performance of the company as well as to implement decision of the Executive committee and Bod effectively; − Lead, manage and develop team members to enable them to achieving high results within the framework of high-performance culture; − To cultivate within finance team a culture of risk awareness and internal control to ensure that risks are identified and managed timely; and lead finance team in adopting continuous improvement practices.

− Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, ACCA or other relevant fields − Holding Master Degree is a plus − Minimum 4 years experiences in Accounting, Auditing and taxation or other related fields − Minimum 3 years experiences in supervisory and managerial role − Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English − Good computer literacy − High commitment and able to work under pressure.
