KEY ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain and develop Web Front-End and Web Back-End Application • Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code • Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable client and server-side code • Ensure the best possible security, performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs • Assist Business Development to design work flows of new Pi Pay products and services • Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) process for new system development, customization, and upgrading • Perform software maintenance, system backup, database backup, and system version upgrades • Monitor performance and ensure wallet system availability and reliability • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning of wallet system • Select and implement development solutions, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s network and infrastructure team • Prepare user requirement, functional requirement, technical requirement documents and other documents related to software developments • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the software development • Research new technology for application and database development including mobile technology • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering • Experiences in Web Front-end and Back-end Application Development at least 2 years • Strong experiences in software development using OOP, Design Pattern, MVC, MVVM • Strong experiences with any server-side programming such as Java EE, Java Spring framework, JSP, VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET CORE, PHP, PHP Laravel Framework, Node.js, and etc. • Strong experiences with any client-side programming such as JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, Vue.js, and etc. • Strong experiences with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, WebPack, LESS, SaSS, etc. • Strong experience with RDBMS such as MS SQL, MySQL, Postgres, MariaDB, or Oracle is preferred • Experience with No SQL Database such as MongoDB, Firebase, Couchbase, or Hadoop is plus • Experience with in-memory data structure store and distributed memory such as Memcached or Redis is plus • Familiarity with RESTful API, SOAP, XML Web Service, JSON, or ISO to connect with other back-end services • Basic knowledge in authentication and authorization service with Single-Sign-On, Token, JWT, OAuth2.0, Identity Sever, OTP, SMS server, etc. • Basic knowledge in information security (OWASP) and data encryption and hashing such as PKI, AES, RSA, and SHA • Knowledge in hosting and maintenance applications with Apache, Tomcat, IIS, Nginx, etc. on cloud servers such as Digital Ocean, AWS, Google Cloud, etc. • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning • Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch” • Knowledge of the open-source ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional requirements • Familiarity with Realtime database and push notifications such as Firebase, Google Cloud messaging, Apple push, SignalR, or SignalOne, or any push notification service
