KEY ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES KEY PARTNERSHIPS  To oversee, visit and support calls (where appropriate) with key merchants to better understand their respective business drivers and work with them to drive revenues  To work with merchants to implement loyalty program schemes, activities and other key initiatives.  To provide full support for sales and business development projects and merchant development program across respective sales departments. INCREASING SALES & DISTRIBUTION  Drive sales and merchant acquisition and deployment – both on-line and off-line. Ensure delivery of Board-approved KPI’s across all departments and regional locations. Reporting  Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Chief Commercial Officer and other reporting requirements as assigned by management.

 At least 8 years prior experience managing a large sales team in a fast-moving environment  Masters/Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field  Excellent organizational and time-management skills  Results driven  Outstanding communication and negotiation skills  Good command of Khmer and English language  Proficient in MS Office  Able to work to strict deadlines and pressure
