- Make a cold calling to target clients and have a face to face meeting - Manage own time and schedule - Create and maintain leads to achieve targets - Conduct CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) - Build good relationship with clients - Have an ability to convince clients and make business deal - Identify client’s need and offer the best solution - Be a mediator between sellers and buyers - Can work inside and outside office - Keep update real estate knowledge and market - Other tasks as assigned by manager

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields - Experience in real estate industry is preferred - Good in English, know other languages is a plus - Good communication and negotiation skills - Willing to work inside and outside office - Strong in problem solving - Knowledge in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) - Honest, friendly, independent and flexible - Can work under pressure
