** working hour from 9:30 Pm to 6:30 am Help desk support specialists provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products. Working within a company, these professionals must be great communicators and be able to translate their technical knowledge into actionable direction. When they don’t have an answer, they know how to research the problem and come up with a solution. - Communicate with staffs or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or on phone, and set up systems or resolve issues - Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications - Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests - Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults - Repair and replace equipment as necessary - Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports - Follow diagrams and write down instructions to repair a fault or set up a system - Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues - Setup printer, scanner, access door or finger print … as repairing and troubleshooting - Efficiently update of systems and equipment (antivirus, operative systems, information security) and any other requirement for the operation - Strong knowledge and familiar with window 10, window server, Mac OS of any configuration & settlement. - Any tasks will be assigned by supervisor or CIO

Jobs Requirement

• IT bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Good English is required • None or less than 2 years working experience related to IT technical or support are plus • Have technical and logical thought process • Able to follow deadlines • Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays • Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support • Self-starter/ Quick learner / self-directed • Oral and written communication skills - Learning skills - Customer service orientation - Problem analysis - Problem-solving - Adaptability - Team interaction - Planning and organizing - Attention to detail - Stress tolerance Working hours: 8am-5pm (Mon-Fri) Interested applicants should submit with CV and cover letter to the address/email below:
