** Summary of Position: To be on site at WB Arena location at Chark Angre along the Tonle Bassac, it is easily accessible from National Road (NR) 2 and Hun Sen Boulevard as well as by boat on the Tonle Bassac ,targeted at both locals and tourists, WB Arena will combine shopping, entertainment, relaxation and food & beverage within a single entertainment complex. Operation Officer will have to organize the day to day operation of that property. The Operation Officer will provide the site with a professional property management service at all times, and will report directly to the Property Manager and the Landlord or his/her authorised person at the management company. The Operation Officer will be responsible for all staff under his or her control and they will ensure that the overall management service provided to the owners and tenants is comprehensive, consistent and at all times professional. Responsibility will also extend to include the Service Department Division assigned to the property. ** Job Tasks and Responsibilities: - Managing documentation - Updating tenancy details - Prepare property condition and inventory reports - Assisting with property accounts, income and expense and billing - Check cleaning with cleaning contractor - Check broken part and replace with contractor - Manage, organize and control contractors - Check fit-out work- interior decoration for all new tenants - Control on material bring in by tenants and visitors - General office duties as required.
