• Track all samples and prepare for delivery to buyers. • Assist in the preparation of samples to be presented to buyers. • Coordinate and submits approvals, communicate and follow up between various department, vendors and buyers. • Responsible for meeting deadlines for production; finish garment production and ship to customer on time. • Communicate regularly with vendors and buyers and assist in resolving any issues related to garment design, color, size, fitting, etc. • Assist with compiling material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies. • Compile data and maintain production record such as customer orders and product specifications. • Prepare production reports.

• A Bachelor Degree in related field with experience in similar capacity and industry. • Must be good in MS Office. • Able to communicate in English (read, write and speak). Able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage. • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
