Jobs Description

A human resource officer is responsible for carrying out several tasks in the HR department. To coordinate with all important functions such as hiring and recruiting, corporate training and development, maintaining employee records, etc. Generally, A human resource officer works under the superintendence of the Human Resource Manager. He/she has to possess a wide range of skills and carry out his/her work in a professional manner. In some situations, he/she even supervises and renders guidance to the clerical employee, student trainees, and volunteers. HR Officer is certainly one of the most important careers in human resources. ** PRIMARY DUTIES 1. Maintains department office area in an organized and professional manner including supplies and equipment. 2. Coordinates activities, information meetings, and various training programs. 3. Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues. 4. Implements and maintains filing system, both paper and computer. 5. Participates in strategic planning and budgeting of activities that meet and support company’s objectives. 6. Assists the HR Manager with the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner. 7. Provides technical support to each department. 8. Plans and assists conducting monthly new hire orientation programs. 9. Support the department implementing training and development programs to ensure optimal company-wide performance. 10. Assists conducting surveys. 11. Works closely with all the employees to ensure a positive work environment. 12. Maintains a daily log of important information to share with the department. 13. Assists decorating and posting all the necessary information in the bulletin boards and monthly newsletter. 14. Continue to help build and maintain a first-rate team. 15. Review time keeper, roaster each department to make sure accurately
