** Job Description: - Contract with motorbike shop, and get the application from customer - Provide sales promotion plan and expand the loan market share - Analyze the market, support business expansion, and manage the profit - Train new sales staff - Deliver document to motorbike shop ** Benefit: - Salary (500~950USD) - Work from Monday to Saturday (1 day off and break 1 hour for lunch) - Gasoline allowance 30$ per month, Motor parking provides by company - Annual leave 18 days per year, sick leave, special leave, public holiday - 300$ for staff baby delivery both male staff and female staff - 100$ for staff’s marriage - 200% Overtime on public holiday - Staff’s Lease with Low interest rate - Outpatient Coverage 50$ per staff/year and 25$ per child/ year - Annual Health Check covered by company - Annual Salary Increase - Insurance NSSF covered by company - HR compliance fee such as Workbook, Health Check up with Ministry of Labor. - Bonus depend on company policy
